Wavve, a streaming platform, announced two new reality shows coming to the platform this year on June 16.
In fact, two of South Korea’s first LGBT couple/dating reality series will premiere on the streaming site. The first is called ‘Marry Gay,’ and it tells the experiences of queer couples on their “coming out” adventures, whether it’s to their families, friends, or the rest of the world.
The second is a dating reality show called ‘Man’s Romance,’ in which unmarried, bisexual guys live together in a shared house and get to know one another.
Couple/dating reality shows have been among the most popular variety formats in Korea in recent months, and Wavve has opted to add to the pool of current series with its newest programs representing LGBTQ+ members of society.
According to Wavve, ‘Marry Queer’ and ‘Man’s Romance’ will premiere in July.
